Call +1 (289) 301-8903 or email hello@junomedspa.ca. The front desk aims to respond within one business day during clinic hours.

Monday to Wednesday 10am–6pm; Thursday 10am–7pm; Friday 10am–5pm; Saturday 10am–3pm. Closed Sunday. All times are America/Toronto. Holiday hours are confirmed separately.

How do I arrange my first visit?

Use the live calendar on the booking page to choose an available time for a complimentary 20-minute consultation. Complete the contact details and confirmation steps, and check the calendar timezone.

What does the consultation cost?

The initial 20-minute consultation is complimentary, with no obligation to choose a treatment. Procedures and products have their own prices, which are agreed before treatment.

What treatments can I explore?

Explore Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus8, EvolveX, Exosomes, Keravive, HydraFacial, Oxygeneo, IPL, Microneedling, Forma, Chemical Peel, LED Therapy, Botox & Dysport, Fillers, PRP, B12 Vitamin, Hyperhidrosis and Sculptra. Every option requires appropriate individual assessment.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All listed prices are CAD and exclude applicable tax. A price marked “from” is a starting price. Per-unit and per-syringe prices are not total appointment prices. Your written quote is agreed before treatment.

What do Botox and Dysport cost?

Botox & Dysport pricing starts at CAD 8 per unit. The actual product, prescribed unit count and treatment areas determine the final quote. Units are not assumed interchangeable between brands.

Can I combine an offer with another discount?

The listed price covers the stated package inclusions. Ask Juno to confirm availability, eligibility, scheduling and any expiry before purchase. Do not assume separate discounts can be stacked.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel a visit. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a CAD 40 fee only where that policy was disclosed and agreed at confirmation. Contact the clinic if an unexpected situation affects your visit.

Is a deposit required?

There is no deposit for the first consultation. A treatment appointment may require a CAD 50 reservation deposit, credited towards the agreed treatment. Whether it applies and the refund or cancellation terms are confirmed before payment. Check any payment requirements shown in the booking calendar before confirming.

Can you guarantee a result or a fixed number of sessions?

No. Suitability, recovery and response vary. Your practitioner explains realistic expectations, alternatives and follow-up before you decide. Photographs and written descriptions are not a diagnosis or a promise of results.

What should I share before a treatment?

Tell your practitioner about relevant medical history, medicines, allergies, previous treatments, recent sun exposure and pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid sending medical records through a general enquiry form; discuss them through the clinic’s agreed clinical process.

What if I need a person rather than a form?

Ask for the front desk at +1 (289) 301-8903 or hello@junomedspa.ca. The clinic handles appointment confirmation, treatment suitability and any clinical follow-up directly.
