Consultations and requests
The initial 20-minute consultation is complimentary. Use the embedded calendar to select an available appointment and complete its confirmation steps. Check the confirmation for the booked service, time and timezone. Booking a consultation does not authorize a treatment. Any payment or deposit requirements must be shown and agreed before proceeding.
Prices and payment
All prices are CAD, excluding applicable tax. Starting prices are labelled “from”. Per-unit and per-syringe prices are not total treatment costs. The clinician-approved plan and final quote must be agreed before a treatment.
Deposits and changes
A treatment appointment may require a CAD 50 reservation deposit credited to the agreed treatment. The clinic must explain whether the deposit applies and the cancellation/refund terms before payment. A consultation has no deposit.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when changing or cancelling. A late-cancellation or missed-appointment fee of CAD 40 applies only where disclosed and agreed at appointment confirmation. Contact the clinic about unexpected circumstances.
Package offers
The eight packages and their stated treatment selections are listed on the offers page. An individual assessment determines which components can be offered. Package availability, scheduling, any expiry and purchase terms are confirmed with Juno before payment. No combined discount or guaranteed result is assumed.
